All Payments will be done in advance by online transfer. But for Operational Consultancy can be done with 40 % advance and remaining will be paid 10 % in start of each month while starting the seed stocking and culture.
The Reports will be submitted within 15 to 30 working days depending on the Project Size, if we receive all the input data on time from your side.
The Details and Reports will be submitted by mail, if you need the printed version of the reports, then Printing and Courier Charges will be separate.
For the direct field visits, Travel, Food and Accommodation will be arranged by the client.
During our Consultancy no third party ideas will be allowed, which may cause productivity loss or project failure. If any specific interest of our client, third party or client’s suggestions and ideas are allowed, but in case any kind of bad results we will not take any responsibilities. We need work freedom to achieve better results.
We will focus fully on all technical aspects of the Project. Controlling the cost and day to day management, security, safety aspects are our client responsibility. Bad management can cause productivity loss, so client has to ensure the better working environment, especially the monitoring of managing the necessary water quality parameters, feeding and all necessary needs of the live stock keeping and security from theft like events.
